Eric ha lavorato presso il MIT, Facebook AI, l’Università tecnica di Vienna e l’Università di Lussemburgo, il tutto ancor prima di completare il suo primo anno alla University of Cambridge. Tutto ciò è stato possibile grazie alla formazione online gratuita. A 14 anni ha iniziato a studiare fisica e informatica grazie al programma del MIT “Open CourseWare” e al materiale disponibile online. Per queste ragioni, Eric conosce l’impatto dell’educazione online e vuole utilizzarla per aiutare la prossima generazione di appassionati del clima ad apprendere cosa c’è da sapere per risolvere i maggiori problemi del mondo. Al di là del lavoro, ad Eric piace fare escursioni, la musica rock, e i film d’animazione.

Isabel si è laureata in Scienze naturali alla University of Cambridge, con una specializzazione in zoologia. In seguito ha iniziato a lavorare come assistente alla ricerca al Nature-based Solutions Initiative (NBSI) della Oxford University, dove ha svolto ricerche sull'adattamento al cambiamento climatico, le foreste e gli ecosistemi. Isabel sostiene regolarmente iniziative di beneficenza e sull’ambiente attraverso la sua arte che illustra in modo coinvolgente i temi scientifici scoperti durante gli studi a Cambridge e il volontariato in diversi programmi di ricerca e conservazione. Isabel ha fatto parte di ClimateScience dal 2019 fino agli inizi del 2020; adesso si dedica alla ricerca di soluzioni basate sulla natura.
